The YMCA is a nonprofit organization committed to being accessible to all. Through the generosity of donors, the YMCA provides assistance for youth, adults and families who cannot afford the cost of YMCA memberships and programs. In January, the YMCA of Honolulu will launch "Membership For All", an income-based, island-wide membership that makes the YMCA more accessible and beneficial to all. Details!

| Succeed with HealthPass
Now available at the Leeward YMCA is HMSA's HealthPass, a health promotion and prevention program for eligible HMSA members! Health screening appointments are available every Wednesday from 7:00 - 11:00 a.m. Click here for details and call 432-9220 for appointments.

| SILVER&FIT: PROGRAM FOR SENIORS
Beginning in 2009, eligible Kaiser Permanente Senior Advantage members can receive a free membership at the YMCA, providing access to exercise equipment and fitness programs. Register through the Silver&Fit website or call 1-877-427-4788.

It's a Celebration and You're Invited!
YMCAs across the island will open their doors to share the good news coming to members and the public in 2009! Join us from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. for the YMCA's Community Open House. The first 50 people at each branch who upgrade their membership or join the YMCA will receive the "Get Real Weight Management" gift package. Join the fun and festivities, including workout classes, facility tours, kids and family activities and great prizes.
