Join the Ikaika Wellness Challenge

Ready to kickstart your fitness journey in 2025? Join our FREE Ikaika "Strong" Wellness Challenge V2.0, designed to motivate and inspire you to prioritize your health and well-being.

How It Works:

  1. Sign Up: Register today to get started.
  2. Pick Up Your Card: Visit any Y Welcome Center to grab your Ikaika Challenge Card.
  3. Work Out Twice A Week: Hit the gym and exercise at least twice a week between the challenge period of January 13 to February 7 and have a Y team member sign your Ikaika Card for each visit.
  4. Submit Your Card: Turn in your completed card to any Welcome Center by Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
  5. Win Prizes: Everyone who registers will be eligible for our weekly prize drawings for cool Y swag! Members who complete their Ikaika Challenge Card will be entered to win the grand prize of 3 free months of membership!
