Classes are free* for YMCA members to attend
With more than 100 in-person and 1,500 virtual classes to choose from—including cardio, strength, yoga, water exercise and more—it’s easy to inject variety into your fitness routine with group exercise classes at the YMCA. Classes are available:
- In person at your local Y—indoors (IPI), or in the heated pool (pool)
- Live streamed (LS) and on-demand
*Participation in Jazzercise classes carries an additional $15/month fee that must be prepaid (regardless of how many classes you attend).
Reserve or walk in
Choose the convenience of making an online reservation to secure your spot, or the flexibility of just popping into a class.
Reserve as many classes as you like, up to 2 days in advance starting at 8am, using our online reservation system or through our mobile app. Be sure to check in at the Welcome Center at least 10 minutes before class starts to claim your reserved spot.
To walk in, check in at the Welcome Center to let us know which class you'd like to join. You will be admitted as space permits. Late arrivals are not allowed to join class.
