*New Hire $750 Bonus: Paid in increments: $150 after 30 days; $250 after 60 days; $350 after 90 days. Must be continuously employed in an Afterschool A+ Elementary or Middle School, or Early Learning or Preschool position during the 90-day period.
*Y Employee $750 Referral Bonus: Paid in increments: $150 after 30 days; $250 after 60 days; $350 after 90 days. Referring employee must be employed at the YMCA of Honolulu during this period.
*$250 Y Credit Referral Bonus: Open to the public. $250 Y credit can be used for programs, camps, classes, preschool, early learning, swim lessons, personal training, and A+ Afterschool fees, valid for one year. $250 Y credit awarded after referred new hire is employed for at least 30 days.
